Builders Warehouse Gezina

THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT. This is the last time I put my foot inside Builders Warehouse Gezina. Today was the last straw.

Went to get Magneto lights and a light globe that goes on when the power is off. Once again no-one at the electrical section to help you. Eventually I find some who has to call the person. Upon inquiring I ask for a bright white light (as children have to do homework). Whilst busy with me another employee just chips in and starts talking in their own language. This is not the first time this has happened. Get told pay first and then security will come and collect it. Get to the check out to be told I must fetch it. Walk back to the electrical counter to the same gentleman who help me and have to walk all the back to the cashier to get security to call someone with the key. Have to walk back to the electrical department Only to be told they do not have bright white in stock only warm white. Then the two gentlemen argue in their own language about the code. I ended up having to take a warm white NOT WHAT I WANTED.

In February I handed my Black and Decker mouse sander in for repairs. get told it will take 21 working days to be repaired. Had to visit the store twice before I got my sander back in March.

In January I went to enquire about electrical fittings as I make lights. no-one available to help eventually a gentleman comes and I show him what I am looking for, he opens a box containing the complete light and when I said that's not what I want I get told I have to now pay R1600.00 for the light as he opened the box. Needless to say I walked out after once again being spoken down to and then two employees discuss me in their own language.

Since moving to the new store I find the employees rude and very unhelpful when requesting something
