Builders Warehouse gets poor service spot on

Delivery was scheduled for today. Had to stay home because they could not provide a delivery date. Had a chat with a Celeste about my order at 14h00. She indicated that deliveries take up to 5pm, when I phoned after 5pm, the phones was disconnected as it's after hours. No communication whatsoever - you'd think that they would want to look after their clients during lockdown. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Pathetic - whatever you do, no not order online from Builder. Rather avoid them entirely.

I won't support them again.
