Builders Warehouse get your act together!!!

I wanted to purchase vinyl floor tiles but I needed to know how many tiles are in a pack to ascertain how many packs to order. I dialled the number listed but got through to a call centre. The lady said they do not have the stock they are merely the call centre. She would try to ph the store to find out for me while I was online. After 2min came back and said stores not answering but she would try again. After another 3 min came back and said stores not answering so sorry she can't help me!!!!???? No offer to put me through to the store or any other store that may be able to help me 😡😡 No offer to find out and perhaps get back to me,!!! My question is WHY would they have a contact centre number if they cannot assist clients???!!! PATHETIC 😡
