Builders warehouse George terrible terrible customer service

Builders warehouse George has the worst customer service and delivery ever. On Tuesday 25th April 2023 I went to the branch to buy a defy dish washer R5899 and an gold air gas electric hob 4 gas 2 electric R3999 on promo online, there was only 1 in stock of each, the sales person said it will be faster to order it online so I did it instore online and delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 26th April 2023. I waited for them the whole Wednesday at home and Thursday buy still no delivery. I phoned the customer service nr at 8am and ladie said she will get in contact with branch I waited 2hours before I got an call from the branch despatch department, they told me unfortunately they sold my unit to other customer when I asked how this could happen the response was I said I didn't like the grill and wanted something else. But if that was the case then why would I buy it then. I didn't even see unit as I was told it's online promo and it's in warehouse. I said it unexeptable and I want to talk to store manager. So 1 hour later the despatch manager phoned back again and said we can deliver your dishwasher and give you a lone unit on Tuesday only as its long weekend i refused that and asked to talk to store manager, eventually after 1 hour he phoned me back said how sorry they are and bla bla bla. I told him that I want my stuff delivered before 7pm on the Friday he said we will try I said not try you must I have a party at my home saterday and need the dishwasher and hob to be installed. When I phoned back at 5:30 pm the lady said oh we can't deliver now all drivers already gone home. Saterday morning came and nothing then around 12 I got a call from a guy he said he was instructed to deliver my goods but the hob not available so must he wait or deliver dishwasher only I told him just bring what ever you have. So around 2pm of so they finally deliver the dishwasher. They didn't even ask to install it as an courtesy just left. After I opened the box I found the dishwasher to have dents on it. Now it's 1 week later and I still have no hob and still no answer from builders what they will do regarding the issue. This is really terrible terrible service from builders customer service and builders George I want awnsers and solutions about it.
