Builders WareHouse George - Terrible Service!

I ordered a 5L Hammerite in brown almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. At first I gave them my details and heard nothing for a week. I then phoned them and they did not know who I was or anything about the order. I then went in again and to my surprise they had lost my details. This happened around 3 times. Pathetic! I have phoned more than 5 times and had to drive to Builders 6 times to follow up as the staff couldn't bother to give me a courtesy call on the progress. I visited them yet again on Saturday and still nothing. WHAT IS GOING ON??? <br> <br> Builder's Warehouse - Your Service is INFERIOR!!!
