BUILDERS WAREHOUSE – FOURWAYS

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE – FOURWAYS I have been observing the continuous decay of service levels in this shop for the past few years. It makes me especially sad because I have been a loyal customer since the shop first opened many years ago. I am not sure if my observations may be attributed to Builders Warehouse generally or it is just poor management in this particular branch. To get any meaningful advice in BWH Fourways is practically impossible. The personnel gathers in small groups in distant corners of the shop vividly discussing their own private matters. One actually feels embarrassed to interrupt the discussion and in most of the cases “passing the buck” modus of operandi is what you face anyway. If you had a rare luck to be directed to the right person you would find out that the person is *********** in most cases. So my sad conclusion is to say “goodbye and good luck” to BWH in Fourways and move a few hundred meters away to Leroy Merlin where the personnel is friendly, eager to assist and mostly competent.
