Builders Warehouse flout the CPA
I bought a ceiling fan whilst in Port Elizabeth, when I returned to Mpumalanga I found that it was faulty, the light works but the fan does not. now they want me to return the fan to Port Elizabeth 14 hours away, they will not exchange it at a local branch. This is shocking as the item is faulty and I am certain this is against the CPA.
