Builders Warehouse: Fired Earth - HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

Last week Thursday, 05-11-2020 I contacted builders warehouse via live chat and one of their agents called be back i.r.o the Fired Earth 20L gloss enamel paint. Apparently, Fired Earth is Builders' house brand paint. I was telephonically convinced by the agent that this Fired Earth 20L enamel paint is top quality paint. To crown it all I took my pensioner mother who listened to the call between myself and Builders agent that this paint is of high quality because my mom wanted to paint the inside of her house. The paint was R998 (a R1000) and my got R1846 from from SASSA for her Old Aged Pension that day and with great excitement she bought the paint. To her & our dismayed this paint turned out be of extreme BAD & HORRIBLE QUALITY which left my elderly mother in tears for days because two different contractors on different occasions came to paint with this Fired Earth gloss enamel and both contractors mentioned they cannot paint with this Fired Earth gloss enamel paint because this paint does not stick to the wall as its watery and runny (no thickness) considering this existing paint on the wall is also gloss enamel. So its gloss against gloss, which is supposed to stick, but it doesn't. Both painters walked out on the job due to this bad paint quality and one contractor insisted on R200 for the work he'd done. We are highly disgusted and disappointed with this paint and my elderly mom who took her only money from SASSA (her old aged pension) to buy this paint is she's sitting (left) with a half 20L of Fired Earth gloss enamel paint as both contractors told this paint cannot be used as it doesn't stick to walls. So, people do not buy this product at Builder Warehouse it is of bad quality!!!!! MY MOM WISH TO BE REFUNDED!!!!
