Builders Warehouse FINALLY got it right....

25 march, my husband went to the Kempton Park store; He must apply for an OAP card; He waited over an hour, they didnt have any cards left, so he walked away leaving the shopping in the cart. In the afternoon we both went to the store. I got my card registered/issued within 5 minutes. He was still waiting to find out why his card was not ready. He eventually walked out of the store and said he would never be back! (This also happened to another friend that day). I wrote to builders warehouse, Ayesha Osman and Tristan Kelly from contact centre, both helped towards a card being issued to my husband. I got email saying they will sort it out, but because of lockdown could I please be patient with them....He got a call from the KP store saying the card was ready for him to collect on 11 May, thanks to those who helped sort this problem out.
