Builders Warehouse FALSE ADVERTISING - Mother's Day ruined!!!

So I decided to purchase a brand new microwave for Mother's Day. Was so happy to see that there was 1 in stock at BW Bedworth Park, bought, paid in full and wanted to collect the next day (this was done at 10:00 in the morning the day before I wished to collect) In the afternoon I checked my order progress and to my surprise, saw collection date moved to 31 May (from 6 May!!!!!) nobody bothered to call me, apologise, check in, NOTHING!!!! It is now the next evening, I have called their call centre, submitted 2 requests online, 2 e-mails, was promised by the call centre this morning that I will receive a call 2 hours later....... guess what?? This is FALSE ADVERTISING, plain and simple. I could have bought the item for R100 less elsewhere (OK Furniture / Hirsch's, Yuppie Chef, but no, believed that the item is in stock ahead of Mother's Day, convenient to collect, paid my R5,000 and now I am *****ed!!!!) I now have to wait 10 days for my R5,000 to be returned to me, have NO GIFT for Mother's Day and STILL NO response from Builders Warehouse Bedworth Park. I received a call tonight from their Head Office (nice young man) to confirm that I will get my money back in 10 days - how kind!!! Who will be buying the Mother's Day gift????????????????????? I am livid, broke and have no gift!!!!
