Builders Warehouse-FALSE ADVERTISING

This is not even worth a 1 star. Builders has advertised a Naxos rug with an item code, however, it cannot be found on the site when searched amd it isn't in their stores. I have emailed them querying it, and am told the stock is not available at my branch, which actually never received it in the first place . I have asked availability country wide only to get no response. I have emailed 3 times after querying availability country wide and I just get no response. Clearly they lie.
