Builders Warehouse False Advertising

False Advertising We went to buy a cooler box they advertised, but when we got to the store, the items on the floor did not resemble the one advertised. On enquiry, we were simply told, that is just the picture they used. It is not exactly the same. When we said it is false advertising, they simply responded, no it is not. And that was the end of it. How can you advertise a cooler box with water plug outlet, and then the one you are selling, does not have it at all? I showed them the picture, and it was just a shrug of the shoulders. Totally unacceptable. I drove out my petrol do go and buy something they did not even stock, but advertised it. These big firms should be held accountable and liable to supply what they advertise! Now where in the ad did it say similar to picture .
