BUILDERS WAREHOUSE FAILS TO GIVE A REFUND

I am absolutely amazed at the shocking service from Builders Warehouse call centre. I cancelled an order which they charged my debit card. I have been trying to get my refund since the 13th of December 2024z I was told to prove to them that I have not got the refund by send my bank statements!!!! They refused to prove to me that they have refunded. Now they tell me it has been done but they can’t prove to me. They say that the refund was done to my card! My card is linked to my bank account and NO refund has arrived. MASSMART part of Walmart - your service at store is shocking and so is your call centre
