Builders Warehouse fails the grade

I visited Builders Warehouse Cape Gate yesterday to buy 3 barn doors that was advertised in the media. Clearly indicating that the specials would run from 1 May till 16 June 2019. I search, find the doors and when I get to the counter they inform me that the doors are not R2100 but R3999! They offer me doors at cost price for R2600 that I do not want! They phone and are ''told'' that the door never reached any branch in the Western Cape. How can you advertise stock that you do not have? I phoned their number ********** 533 and am told by an apologetic sales lady that they will phone me back. Well, I am still waiting. Pathetic service, empty promise. They obviously do not need business and client do not matter. This is false advertising.
