Builders Warehouse Faerie glen disappointment

Builders Warehouse – Faerie Glen (Atterbury) I am extremely disappointed with the service from the management at this branch. The managers are rude and show no interest in helping customers, especially when it requires extra effort on their part. We bought blinds in June, and unfortunately the slip was misplaced. For months I have been asking for assistance to reprint the slip, but every time I was met with unhelpful responses and no willingness to assist. Now, after more than six months of trying, they simply say they cannot backdate the purchase anymore. This feels incredibly unfair, because I have been asking for help long before the six-month period expired. If they had assisted me when I first requested help, this would not be an issue today. Instead, I now sit with brand new blinds that is too big to use, and the store takes no responsibility at all. It honestly feels like a win for the store and a loss for the customer — purely because no one cared enough to help when it mattered. This level of service is unacceptable, and I find it ridiculous that customers are treated with such indifference. I expected better from a company of this size.
