Builders Express Herm****: Is it worth chasing a customer away forever for 5 packets of *****s worth R90. A customer who build virtually a whole house from materials bought from Builders. The manager refused to exchange 5x10 *****s for a different size a day after it was bought. Unfortunately I could not present the cash slip but could show the sms for same amount on my phone. This arrogant manager was not interested "as it is the law of the country" not to give credits without invoices. How f..... stupid does this idiot think his customers are? Because of his attitude I will never ever buy from any Massmart affiliated shop again. What is even worse is that I checked up on him: He put the five packets, that I left at the shop without getting a credit, back on the shelve. My next hardware supplier will definitely not be Builders. I do not even expect an answer from management as this seems to be their attitude in general. Bye Builders !!
