Builders warehouse

Purchased an air conditioner from Builders in Retreat in October 2024. Builders out source installation with a cost..the technician came out does not inform you in advance what's required. I rushed to builders to get the necessary stuff got back with the incorrect stuff that builders salesman gave me. I rushed again to Builders to exchange and when I got home the technician inform me there is no remote in the box go back to Builders for the remote. They say that they need to contact Samsung. Eventually after a week I get a remote that does not work ..called Builders again was told Samsung will issue a remote I received the remote after 3 long week after numerous calls. I got a new remote that does not work contacted Builders says I needed to contact the technician. Called the office they were closed got to wait for new year...waited impatiently called them on Monday. office opened technician is not back from leave. Eventually get the technician on Wednesday says the compressor is not working.This is a brand new product that as not been used ...I want a full refund or builders (Samsung needs to give me a brand new one)
