I ordered and paid for an item via the Builders Warehouse Online shop early on Wednesday morning, 29 September 2021 for collection that the Raslouw Branch. They had no stock and sourced the item from another store within hours. I received an sms confirming I can collect the item the afternoon. This is excellent service. Well done.
