Builders Warehouse Express, Craighall - Poor service

I visited the store on 05 February 2022 requesting supply and cutting of 16mm Supawood boards. I was assisted by Lesetja Chauke, who was very professional and helpful at the time.

I followed up with him on an email sent on 07 February with my request, and he called me back explaining that stock had still not arrived.

I sent a follow up email on 23 February and still no reply.

I am a regular customer at Builders and have probably spent hundreds of thousands of rands with the Builders Warehouse brand over the past 15 years.

Really bad service indeed....
