Builders warehouse express

Having the worst experience ever with Builders warehouse express at Carnival @ carnival. I bought a trimmer last year March or so which a warranty of 12 months. Early October 2018 the machine just couldn’t work. Took it back for repairs and was asked to pay for work done on the machine. I paid the amount and after receiving the machine only used it for 2 weeks and it broke again. Took it back to Builders for assessment and now I’m being told to pay again for the same thing I had paid for. The service provider refused to talk to me directly and the manager of the store just took that. I’m seriously disappointed with the kind of service and treatment that’s being given to customers and how the service providers treat the customers.
