Builders Warehouse - empty promises/no client service

I have bought a firepot and gas heater online from Builders. When they delivered the items- the direpot was not the colour as indicated online and I’ve send it back. It is now 3 weeks later and it is still not sorted. I only get promises when I enquire that I will get feedback - but Nothing. I requested my money back if they cannot deliver - but since then they duck and dive all my enquiries. Seems basic client service does not exist anymore. Really shocking service🤦♀️
