Builders Warehouse Edenvale

It has been 2 weeks since I paid for a new microwave on the builders online store (I selected the Edenvale store) and still I have had NO COMMUNICATION from builders regarding the order! Not a single word!

The store itself never answers their phone, and when I contacted customer care, they told me that the store is out of stock and it trying to source the item I paid for which was in stock on the website - Why cant they email me to let me know??

I've called their customer care 3 times now, and told them to cancel the order and refund me so that I can buy from someone reliable, like Takealot. They promised to refund me and said ill be "notified" when that happens. Still nothing!

I'm fed up, builders is supposed to be a reputable business, yet they took my money and wont send me my item, they wont even acknowledge me!

Absolutely unacceptable, I'm wondering at which point I should call the police??

BUILDERS, I expect you to call and apologize, and REFUND ME!!
