Builders Warehouse

I am unhappy with Builders Warehouse. Bought a Brush Cutter on the 3rd of February 2020. Used the machine to cut ****s between trees for a couple of days then it stopped working. Got it going again (Looked like fuel starvation) and only lasted till the Friday. Delivered it to Builders Warehouse where I had bought it and booked it in on the 11th of February. Was advised to wait three weeks. Already not happy. Today, called to find out and advised to wait four weeks. Called Customer Care, advised that this is the process and I should accept. Wanted to speak with Store Manager, was told not available. Left message as Garden Goods Manager was supposed to call me back. Nothing. This is poor service.
