Builders Warehouse e-commerce from Hell

If I could give builders online a -10, I would have gladly done so. On 3 July 2024 I ordered a Lawn Star lawnmower online from Builders. According to the website the order would reach me in 9 days. On 12 July I called them and they said I should receive it the same day as they have spoken to the supplier or courier and made promises. Their words are it comes directly from the supplier. Eversince I've been calling every day. Just excuse after excuse. Call centre people laid complaint after complaints, even to team leader. I just received 1 email back asking if I received my items, nothing else. I call after Builders every day with my airtime and they never called back. Today on 17 Julie I've decided to call the Lawn Star supplier and my oh my they only received the order on 16 July, in other words Builders have been lying the while time. It's frustrating and disappointing because I'm loosing money as this is a industrial mower intended for business. I'll never order online again the worst company when it comes to e-commerce.
