Builders Warehouse drops a customer through the cracks!

On 30 April my wife and I visited Builders Warehouse, Kempton Park as we wanted new flooring for our house. We were impressed with the selection available at Builders Warehouse, but that is where it stopped. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for assistance. The gentleman explained that the fitters would need to come out to provide a quotation. We agreed to this and gave him our details, selections of carpeting and other flooring items. We expected the call on 2 May as 1 May was a public holiday. On 3 May, we called and inquired as we had not been contacted. Profound apologies and promises was made. Today is 10 May and I sit with my feet on our brand new installed flooring. Still waiting for the call from Builders Warehouse, but the competitor can show a neat bit of revenue in their books.
