Builders Warehouse don't care

I would prefer to give them ZERO stars. Over the years Builders Warehouse has NEVER been a pleasure to shop at. It's always a challenge to find someone to assist. In Gauteng (Centurion) and now in Cape Gate (C.T.) On Saturday 29/12/18 we checked if they had stock of a braai ember maker - they did (in fact, 4 at Cape Gate branch) This was Saturday 29 Dec 2018. On Sunday morning (30 /12/18) we drive from Wellington only to be told that they don't have stock. This is now the last time and I will not be supporting your store any longer. I'm tired of your *********** staff and more so, staff that cannot be bothered to even check on their computers or in the warehouse if there is in fact stock. The answer we get is that your supplier only opens on the 14th of January. We always get the shrugged shoulders - even from the floor Manager. You guys obviously don't care to loose a sale. I'm happy for you that you think you have a monopoly on goods. I'm also happy that you think one lost sale won't make a difference to your turnover. (I must remind you that this is not the first time - it's happened a few times now) Got home, went online and found one in Pretoria from BRIGHTS hardware - placed my order and received it yesterday (02/01/19) - Price - same as Builders (delivery included) BRIGHTS online - you are a pleasure to work with, your courier company Pargo is on the ball and don't waste time either.

So Builders Warehouse - you know what you can go and do with yourself !!
