builders warehouse dont buy from there online store

after numerous calls to Boksburg and visiting the store and calls to your call centre to date no one has contacted us with an estimated time of deliver or where the item is .initially I was told that the order went to the incorrect store then it was to be sent to Boksburg in 3 to 4 days after visiting the store I was told no such thing its on order then I received a call no it is at the warehouse but since then I entire week later still no one knows where this item is or when it will be delivered. I placed this order on the 27th of June 2020 it is now the 20th of July 2020 no one still knows when i will receive the product
