Builders warehouse does not care.

It would appear that builders warehouse Montana do not care about the people who shop there. I searched online for a product stocked by builders, so I drove to the store to buy it. It was not in stock, so I asked the assistant if it could be ordered in for me. He took me to his supervisor and I had to write my name and number in his book. I asked him what the procedure would be, without even looking up from what he was doing, he said he would call me the following week. The following weekend, after having heard nothing from the supervisor on either my landline, nor my cell phone. I took another drive to builders. Checked the shelves, still no product. I went to the counter where the supervisor was with his book and found him. I asked him does he normally not call people after he indicated he would. He just laughed, it's a big joke. I was getting annoyed and this supervisor was not taking me seriously. I asked when was he going to get the product in, and his response: "I'll call you" it's now been weeks, still no call to let me know that the product is or isn't there. Do I drive up there again?
