Builders Warehouse dissapointment

Builders Warehouse kindly note that the branch in Polokwane is distroing your good name. I have never in my life received more dishonest and rude service before. Not once but twice the staff of this company led me to the wrong product wich ended up in me waisting my money. The first time I took a light wich needed globes and the staff ensured me that the globes were the right size. Only for me to return home ( wich is an hour and a half away) and find it not fitting. The second time I needed glass cut , your staff was rude and unwilling to help. A gentleman at the counter was supposed to tell me how much putty I required to use. He was so rude and didn’t even look at the size of glass and just mumbled how much putty I should use. When we came home the glass was cut to big on one side leaving me with yet again a product I cannot use because of your staff. I live far away I cannot hop into my car and return stuff. The staff of builders is not qualified to work in such industry because they do not know their products and they are not helpful at all after all aren’t you supposed to be the professionals and know about this stuff.
