Builders Warehouse disrespect to customer commitments

I bought an airconditioner from Buukders Warehiuse online. The deal included a full installation and an option for date and time of installation. After eft payment of the order, date and time if installation was confirmed by mailer. Special arrangements were made by myself, taking leave, to be at the location to allow installation, however the installer arranged by Builders Warehouse arrived 5,5hrs later than agreed to and confirmed by Builders Warehouse. Whilst waiting I phoned Builders Warehouse 5 times, they did not once come back or facilitate any assistance, apologised and blamed their appointed contractor. The contractor (Amini Building Renovations) I then also phoned and he ***ner installer) showed no empathy, but enough arrogance and confirmed I will have to wait, then blamed Builders Warehouse for double/tripple booking. Why this apparent booking chalkenge was not reported or rectified with Builders Warehouse seems to be far-fetched and I cannot accept no priir communication, as my order was already scheduled a week before. I must admit that neither of the Builders Warehouse call centre ladies (Tulisile or Lindili) added any credit or value to the expected creditation and integrity of Builders Warehouse. SSo after the 4th call I requested a transfer to the complaints department, which was 'not available' to take my call, but I was left with a promise that they will return the call, which never happened. I eventually phoned again after more than an hour, held on for an extended period and ultimately had an opportunity to talk to Tgebogo who claimed to be the Customer Care Manager, and whom agreed waiting for 5,5hrs is unreasonable and then offered to look into the matter. As expected no feedback to date from Thebogo and probably never. Quite frankly I am done with Builders Warehouse and considering my experience many others are pribably equally frustrated and fed up with their unmet promises and lack of respect for customers.
