Builders warehouse disappointing once again

On the 13th f December I placed an online order for electrical equipment. Delivery date was stated as 15/12/2022. On the 17/12/2022 I contacted the call centre and was promised feedback. I contacted them again at around 1630 and got told that the parcel was delivered on the 16/12/2022 - which was a holiday. I then told the operator that nothing was delivered and she told me that it would then be delivered on Monday as they dont deliver on Sundays which is totally unacceptable as I am a subcontractor and had to hire an electrician to do the job. I have the branch managers cellphone number as this is not the first time I had hick ups with the same branch - When contacting him I was told that he is on leave and wont be able to assist - which I do not have a problem with - Surely a 2ic should have been appointed.

So my question is When are you guys planning to deliver my material???? This however will be the last time I deal with you guys as I have had to many bad experiences with you - From online shopping to instore shopping - Ill rather go 5kms further and get proper treatment as a customer. Any idea how bad this makes a contractor look when promises cannot be fulfilled - Totally disappointed!!!
