Builders warehouse delivery guy think he is to good to offload deliveries

Worst customer service ever. Your delivery guy has no respect. No manners and really dont want to work for you. You delivered Ceiling boards for me. He didn't want to offload because I were not giving them help. Then he was not allowed to enter the house when delivering. The door was 5 m from the truck... and the drop was 4m further. If this is you way of handling client I understand if people dont buy from. You anymore... it is real bad service... and Omphemepse had an attitude even before he was on site. His co worker said to me his helper is upset... I wonder why... because he have a job or maybe because someone orders so he can have a job. It's really not good service. And that from an employee that is suppose to be your ambassador in the field. I am disgusted with this. I know they get food every day because it is a bad economy and this is how he regards his job.

Just so you know... when I saw you truck I already got my people to come to help with the offload. They didn't have to ask. But his whole attitude stinks.

At this stage I will ask anyone that I know not to use builders. Thei personnel are bad and have bad attitudes. And according to the other guy and the driver it is not uncommon. This is how he rolls...
