Builders Warehouse Delivery Failure

I ordered building material from Builders warehouse in Northriding on Tuesday 18/10/2022 and i was assured that my material will be delivered next day. On 19/10/2022 a truck arrived with half of the material and the guys assured me the rest will be delivered later the same day. At 16:30 i called the call centre as the delivery did not arrive. The agent couldnt get through to the North Riding store. When i asked why they only delivered half of the material, the agent gave me a lame story that certain material cant be delvivered together but they split my order in half so all the material was delivered together, just half the amount. I was told that i will be contacted by the store in the morning because the agent left a message for them. This monring 20/10/2022 at 9:00 i had to call again and the agent called the Northriding store and said the drivers have been dispacthed but she cant tell me when the rest of my material will be delivered, i must just wait for them. While i am waiting my builders cant do anything and my building is delayed. This is a ridiculous system where you cant speak to the store you bought from and there is NO indication of when your material will be delivered. You must just wait. This is the second time i order from Builder Warehouse and the experience was exactly the same; terrible.
