Builders Warehouse Delivery

I place an order on 2nd March 2024 worth over R1000. got email to say they will be partly shipped no problem 2 - 5 days... Thursday phone to ask when will it be shipped seeing one is in progress, lady said will phone back never phoned back. Friday afternoon phone again, this time a man said one will be deliver today (Friday 8th March) and he will query on the progress one. Today is Saturday 9th March no delivery came!! what is going on, where is my stuff... I can not phone as I am deaf and I had to ask my husband to phone twice for me bear in mind he is a very busy man. Also I send email on Wednesday no reply. This is very shocking
