Builders Warehouse complaints
-Money has gone missing from my account. -Every delivery that I have placed has been delivered days later than confirmed. -No customer service. -Call centre is irritating. -Online orders don't work. -Managers don't call back or deal with problems. All these points apply to two branches Norwood Express and Glen Eagles. Leroy Merlin us up and coming, thank goodness. It's time builders warehouse finally gets so good competition.
