Builders warehouse communication

Ordered laminate flooring and said it will be delivered on 30 March. I took leave to receive the order and nothing came. I phoned on the 31 March to see what was happening and the call centre struggled to get hold of the branch eventually he transferred me to them and the lady at Builders told me I have come through to the wrong department - I am pulling my hair out trying to find out what is happening with this order my order number is ***
