Builders Warehouse City Ysterplaat Cape Town

Builders Warehouse city (Ysterplaat, Cape Town) is a worst store to ever exist, i was there to return my order which normally takes 10-15 minutes to be processed from their system, i ended up waiting for more than 2 hours for the order to reflect on their system. The arrogance on the lady working at dispatch is insane, I understand the system somehow has issues but it not my fault and i should never be punished for that, if i want my refund i have to get it because i have all necessary documents required, show that she doesn’t know what she was talking about, they had to call a manager to clarify the situation and the information i was provided by the manager is different from the one i was given by that selfish lady. I hope they gonna improve this nonsense store.
