Builders Warehouse Centurion WOW!!!

I placed an order online at Builders Warehouse Centurion. I first had my order on delivery and then changed the order for self collection. Later that day I got a call from Richard informing me that there are some items they don't have in stock and if he could switch these items for other items. Usually you get told no stock and people leave it at that. Not Richard, he thought to switch them out, which made me so much more appreciative. Just before closing, he sent me an sms letting me know my order is ready for collection. So the next morning I arrived at Builders Warehouse Centurion, at their click and collect, Richard was there and right away he helped me. AMAZING service from Richard. He showed me the items he switched out, which I was very happy with, Processed everything and informed me that they need to refund me the delivery charges as I am self collecting. Not only did I walk out a happy customer, I walked out with cash back to. Richard then walked with me to my car and packed everything in as well. Richard is the reason why I will keep returning to Builders Warehouse Centurion. Outstanding service from and outstanding person. Thank you Richard!!!
