Builder's warehouse Centurion staff rude and ***********

Instead of driving all the way to BWH centurion I thought I would phone BWH centurion to find out if they had a product I was looking for. I was placed on hold and transferred from one person to the next 5 times. No one wanted to make any effort to help and I was passed like a rugby ball back and forth to various people. At one stage I was fed up and asked the man on the phone why the BWH centurion staff were so ***********, he abruptly put the phone down in my ear. I ask anyone reading this to please boycott this company, sure their prices are cheap, but their customer service stinks. If at all possible go to any Chamberlains branch and you will see how awesome it is to shop in a place where management makes customer service a priority. I will NEVER ever again waste my time and any builderswarehouse branch because management is clearly ***********.
