Builders warehouse centurion doesn't stand by the customer right's

I bought a new bosch cordles drill at builders warehouse centurion on the 07/10/2023 but as i was drilling small holes it just stop so i took it back today for them i work late everyday but I arrive at them at 17:30 so they call the guy who is in charge at the toil section he came and check we even put a other batery but still no response so he said he is going to get his book to sign it up for service and he never return and so on the time comes and goes and the store closes and 18:20 he didn't show up so the other manager come to me and said that i have to bring it back tomorrow so just want to let you know that iam very disappointed in the service of how you treat your customers you just lost a nother customer
