Builders warehouse CAT tools NO ACCESSORIES

I purchased a New CAT demolition breaker from builders warehouse, where normally machines of this type come with 1 or 2 chisels of which the salesman did not mention that the CAT doesn't come with any attachments. After I got to work excited to use the new machine I just purchased to find out no chisels. The following day I went back to builders warehouse to purchase the necessary tools/chisels only to get disappointed again because they don't sell the necessary chisels for me to use my new machine. How is this okay for a big business like Builders Warehouse to sell tools but not the accessories that work with said tool is a disgrace and huge disappointment
