Builders Warehouse Castle Gate

Needed help and after waiting some time at Builders Castle Gate, a assistant was called to help at the cupboard section. Eventually a male person appeared with his hands in his pockets. Upon requesting that he please remove his hands from his pockets before serving me I was told to "**** off" and he just walked away. Over all the experience at that shop was exceptionally rude. The previous day I was assisted with friendly and helpfull staff at Builders Centurion. Had to have the 2 cupboards delivered thus the visit to Builders Castle Gate since it is closer to home.
