Builders Warehouse Cards

I have registered for a Builders Card. I received so much spam mails from them and I am not able to successfully unsubscribe. I unsubscribed numerous times, requested by email and called them, on Thursday 15-4 I received a call to confirm that all my details was removed, but the mails are still streaming in. Secondly the card has no value, because you do not receive any discount for purchases if you submit the card???
