Builders Warehouse Card **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Yesterday, I visited the store to buy a garden vacuum and some plants. While there, they advertised that customers could get the Builders Card. I proceeded to the Customer Services Desk and was assisted by a very efficient lady. Once I had signed up, she advised that they did not have any cards in stock but that I would receive an sms with a profile number which I should give to the cashier and that the card would be arranged and I would be advised when I could collect it. At the time of signing up, there was an advertising card that advised that the first purchase would entitle me to a 15% discount with a maximum of R1500.

Once I was done, I received my slip and guess what!!!!!!!????????????? NO DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS GROUP AS I HAVE REPORTED MAKRO ON THIS SYSTEM AS WELL.
