Builders Warehouse Cape Gate SUCK

This is probably the worst store ever. Staff is unfriendly, has no knowledge of the products, and has NO interest in the customers. No staff is available to assist. Today 4 staff members was standing at the plumbing counter happily chatting away with no interest to assist customers. I walked pass them several times and not one of the 4 could care. I must admit the one was to busy on his phone to acknowledge customers, obviously on WhatsApp. I have complained to their call centre previously but ever since then service deteriorated so do not dare to complain again. The store management obviously encourage this behaviour. This is not isolated cases staff in the yard is even worst to the extend that one of the securities had to assist me with bags of cement on a previous occasion. As a matter of fact the securities in the yard manages and coordinate staff else they would be lost and the yard would be a total mess.
