Builders Warehouse Cape Gate completely awful with staff all on phones

Builder's warehouse Cape Gate is now completely awful. The staff are wondering around slowly, like zombies, most of them on their phones. No-one has any product knowledge or can help with anything. One guy tried to be helpful and phoned somebody to help with a specific product line - no one arrived, I waited 10 minutes standing there, watching 8 or so staff members slowly filtering by, on their phones - no one out on the general floor is doing any work.

In another part of the store I needed help with something else - same story, and even the people in that department (with the correct label for the department on their chests) couldn't help and didn't know anything relevant. When another person came he was monosyllabic. After slowly walking by looking at his phone, even though he was called to the department.

It literally feels like a zombie town. I will rather drive further away to get what I want next time.
