Builders Warehouse Cape Gate complete lack of service

Builders Warehouse Cape Gate Exceptionally bad service. I ordered and paid for 4 boards to be cut and delivered on the over a week ago. Every time I call to get feedback on the delivery date, the call went unanswered. I only managed to leave a message after the 6th time I called when reception finally answered, yet my call was never returned. It is extremely unprofessional for a business not to answer its phone or provide any communication to paying customers. I called another 4 times today and eventually someone answered, but when I asked to speak to the General Manager, the call was simply dropped. This level of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Definitely will not support this store again.
