Builders Warehouse Cape Gate

The Builders Warehouse at Cape Gate is useless and they just dont care about delivering good service! I have ordered and paid for kitchen tiles, they told me it would be delivered to their branch from Cape Town, but it might take two weeks...end of two weeks i go back to Builders Warehouse Cape Gate and they told me their was a mix up with the order and they will try and sort it out. 5 days later (after waiting two weeks already) they phone me to tell me their supplier will deliver the tiles the next day.The manager of the store also promised that the tiles will be at their store the next day so then i will be able to pick it up.The next day i receive another message saying they are still waiting on the supplier. 3 Weeks later and i still have not received the tiles that i paid for.
