Builders warehouse can **** customers

I have a builders warehouse account, I ordered material from a branch in alberton to pick up in tembisa but when we arrived in tembisa they refused to give us the material and now they are saying they cant reverse the transaction and as a result my account has been dunned and I am expected to pay, I think people need to be aware of this **** as I proceed to take the matter to the consumer commission
