Builders Warehouse / Bosch selling defective products

I have been communicating with Emily (branch Manager) & Joshua (customer service dept) since February about a Bosch Fridge that i bought at Builders Warehouse Boksburg in 05 / 2019.

My fridge since then has packed up, technicians came and "Fixed" my fridge, yet the problem remains - Fridge is not getting cold. Logged a complaint again & up till now still waiting, Food in my fridge got spoilt, Meat in my freezer went off, due to economical circumstances i have now borrowed a fridge , however it's still empty.

The service from Builders Warehouse & Bosch is pathetic - Excuses upon excuses & no light at the end of the Tunnel. I have requested for Repairs or a replacement & up till now their mouths are shut.

Is this how Builders Warehouse & Bosch South Africa treat their clients - Buy a fridge of R13 000 (thinking you are buying a Quality / Superior product) - Oh how i do regret spending my hard earned money on this **** - MY BIGGEST REGRET EVER.

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICE TO ANYONE.

SHOCKING - SHOCKING - SHOCKING PATHETIC SERVICE.....!
